IMPORTANT: Please note that Haslington Primary School, Manor Park School & Nursery, Nantwich Primary Academy, St Anne's Catholic Primary School and St Vincent de Paul Catholic Primary School are performing in the morning (10:30am) concert. Please contact your child's school regarding tickets for that event. Do not purchase tickets via for the 10:30am concert.

How to Book & Attend

  • Check the Seating Plan (opens in a new window) to help you decide where you would like to sit. Please note that where groups are split, the smaller of the two groups will contain trombonists - due to restrictions of space they can only sit in certain parts of the hall. Ideally, you will want a clear line of sight across the hall to be able to see the child/ren you are coming to support. The seating areas are:

  • CLICK HERE to choose and buy your tickets by visiting our booking partner, If you have not used before, you will need to register for an account on the website, which is quick and easy to do!
  • Once purchased, your ticket(s) will be emailed to you. Please check your junk / spam folders as you will need to present your ticket on the day in order to enter the hall. Tickets can be printed or displayed on a mobile device (smartphone/iPad etc.)
  • On the day, please enter the hall via the box office doors (highlighted on the right below). Here you will show your ticket to a member of the LMT team, be given a hall admission ticket and proceed to the appropriate level. Please note that Bridgewater Hall staff will not allow admission to the auditorium without a hall admission ticket.


  • Once inside the auditorium, you may choose your own seats within the area specified on your ticket.
